Joss helps leaders, teams and organisations to excel through positive, people-centred change. He has worked with many leaders to achieve their goals and advised clients on numerous change and transformation programmes, including supporting new CEOs, launching business strategies, driving behaviour and culture change, restructuring, integration following mergers and acquisitions, and deploying transformational technologies.
Joss is also a Henley Business School-educated executive and team coach, working with successful and high potential people to help them see new possibilities, find clarity and equip them to achieve amazing things.
An established thought leader in the field of patient recruitment and retention, Ross is the author of an Amazon best-selling book on the topic. He has provided input, advice, and hands-on management for over 100 clinical trials.
Ross started his career in digital marketing, with a core focus from the outset on healthcare. Over the years, this focus led him to overall patient recruitment and retention consultancy, building up a wide range of contacts in the field who can provide solutions to fit every situation.
Lesley Holt. An AC accredited coach and leader with many years’ experience in Retail and the Pharmaceutical Industry. Working at a senior level she developed virtual and co-located high performing teams whilst enabling individuals to thrive and achieve their full potential. Having coached and mentored across all levels in ever changing and complex businesses, she has a real passion for developing people.
Lesley believes that everyone has untapped resources and potential. Her ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust enables her to create a safe, supportive space in which clients can explore. Using challenge and reflection to raise self-awareness she helps the client to become aware of options and choices to maximise their performance.
Angela brings a strategic, creative, and collaborative approach, working with leaders to design CliftonStrengths and team building sessions that maximize engagement and value for each team. In highly organized team workshops, and leader/manager group coaching sessions, she creates impact by revealing key strengths, complementary skills, and opportunities for driving enhanced communication, engagement, trust, and performance.
Angela is a CliftonStrengths certified coach and has delivered over 150 team and group coaching sessions and coaches individuals as they navigate
career and life transitions. She brings great energy and enthusiasm along with 25 years of Pharmaceutical research and development experience and corporate insight.
