Joss Mathieson
Joss helps leaders, teams and organisations to excel through positive, people-centred change. He has worked with many leaders to achieve their goals and advised clients on numerous change and transformation programmes, including supporting new CEOs, launching business strategies, driving behaviour and culture change, restructuring, integration following mergers and acquisitions, and deploying transformational technologies.
Joss is also a Henley Business School-educated executive and team coach, working with successful and high potential people to help them see new possibilities, find clarity and equip them to achieve amazing things.

Dr Ajit Menon
Dr Ajit Menon brings more than two decades of experience advising boards and senior leadership teams through high-stakes organisational change. Formerly Head of People and Organisation (Chief People Officer) at Investec plc, he previously held senior roles at KPMG and now leads a specialist consulting practice focussed on leadership alignment, organisational culture, and large-scale transformation.
His advisory work spans regulated financial services, global professional services firms, and major pharmaceutical businesses, where he supports executive teams navigating strategic resets, integration challenges, and the behavioural dynamics that often sit beneath performance. He is also an experienced executive coach, working at C-suite and Partner level across financial services, professional services, and science-led organisations.
Ajit teaches on postgraduate programmes at the London School of Economics, University College London, and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and was recently appointed Pro-Chancellor of the University of Essex. He is widely published, including co-author of What Lies Beneath: How Organisations Really Work (Phoenix, 2021), and is recognised for his ability to blend psychological depth with commercial clarity and practical impact.

Angela Steel
Angela brings a strategic, creative, and collaborative approach, working with leaders to design CliftonStrengths and team building sessions that maximize engagement and value for each team. In highly organized team workshops, and leader/manager group coaching sessions, she creates impact by revealing key strengths, complementary skills, and opportunities for driving enhanced communication, engagement, trust, and performance.
Angela is a CliftonStrengths certified coach and has delivered over 150 team and group coaching sessions and coaches individuals as they navigate
career and life transitions. She brings great energy and enthusiasm along with 25 years of Pharmaceutical research and development experience and corporate insight.

Karen Stefanyszyn
Karen is a facilitator who creates an astonishing quality of held space, where raw & real experiences are honoured, true strengths are released & profound shifts enabled for individuals and senior leadership teams.
Having led global teams in Leadership & Organization Development and deep cultural transformation within Financial Services, Karen has, for the past 13 years, specialized in working systemically with senior leaders and organizations across sector, from Humanitarian Aid to Pharmaceuticals, from Transport to Retail.
She specialises in individual and group approaches that are designed to keep up with the complexities of the world and the intensity of change experienced today, where a deeper level of awareness beyond ‘knowing’ is needed. Her work is aimed at achieving long term, sustained excellence, inviting people to be able to respond to the world, to deal with situations we can't even anticipate yet. Karen helps people access and integrate intra-personal and relational insights. Her work is purpose-led, practical and profound, accessible and stretching, and very participative.
